Prepare artwork for production
Customers remain responsible for supplied artwork. Web2Print USA may use automated, manual, or production-partner checks where applicable, but courtesy review cannot guarantee that every customer-created issue will be found.
Recommended file preparation
- Use the product template and final ordered dimensions
- Include required bleed and keep critical content inside the safe area
- Use sufficient image resolution for the finished size
- Review CMYK/RGB expectations for the selected product
- Embed or outline fonts and check placement carefully
Courtesy checks
Checks may include dimensions, bleed, resolution, color mode, obvious placement, and general print readiness. Not every file receives mandatory human review. Human review may occur when a warning exists, design assistance is purchased, a product requires review, a production partner flags an issue, or the customer requests help.
Proofs and approval
Digital-proof availability depends on the product and may be selected during ordering, requested, or included in a custom quote. When proof approval is required, production does not begin until approval is received, and proofing may extend turnaround.
Physical proofs are not universally available. They may be quoted for qualifying commercial orders, procurement or RFP requirements, and specialty projects.
Design assistance
Design assistance is available for a fee. If Web2Print USA materially changes customer artwork or provides paid custom design, customer approval is required before production. Editable source-file ownership and fees remain subject to the applicable written project terms.
