Shipping and production turnaround
Web2Print USA ships within the 48 contiguous United States. Pickup is not available. Production turnaround and shipping transit are separate unless a product expressly says otherwise.
When production time begins
Production turnaround begins once payment, production-ready artwork, specifications, and required approvals are complete. Orders and required materials received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are treated as received on the next applicable business day.
Shipping is calculated separately
Shipping options and estimated delivery are calculated from the delivery ZIP, production origin, carrier, and selected service. Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific service expressly provides that guarantee.
Separate and multi-address shipments
Different products may be produced at different facilities. Products, including print and apparel, may ship separately, with different tracking and delivery dates. Multi-address fulfillment is available for appropriate custom or commercial projects and may require a quote.
Changes and rush requests
Contact Web2Print USA immediately about an address change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun. Rush production and expedited shipping may be available for qualifying products but are not universally available.
