- What file format should I upload?
- We recommend a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with a 1/8" (0.125") bleed on all sides and all fonts embedded or outlined. We also accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, and EPS files.
- How fast can I get my order?
- Turnaround times are shown live in the price calculator for each product and typically start at 2–4 business days for production, plus shipping transit time. Rush options are available on many products.
- Do you offer design assistance?
- Yes. Free downloadable templates are available for most products. Automated, manual, or production-partner file checks may be performed where applicable, and full design assistance is available for a fee.
- Do I get a proof before production?
- Digital-proof availability depends on the product and may be selected during ordering, requested, or included in a custom quote. Proofing may extend turnaround. Physical proofs are limited to qualifying commercial, procurement, RFP, or specialty projects. Approval is required when Web2Print USA materially changes artwork or provides paid custom design.
- What if I provide my own artwork?
- Customer-provided artwork is expected to meet the product specifications. Automated, manual, or production-partner checks may identify print-readiness concerns where applicable, but a courtesy check does not guarantee every customer-created issue will be found.
- Where do you ship?
- We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Products may ship separately when produced at different facilities, so tracking and delivery dates may differ. Pickup is not available.
- When does production turnaround begin?
- Production begins after payment, production-ready artwork, specifications, and required approvals are complete. Items received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are treated as received the next applicable business day. Displayed production turnaround does not include shipping transit time unless expressly stated.
